Top of the Ticker: Add Fox News Media to the growing list of media entities partnering with prediction market firm Kalshi. Fox Corp., the parent company of Fox News Media, announced a partnership last week with Kalshi to integrate its data forecasts across Fox News, Fox Business Network, Fox Weather, and the Fox One platform.

Relevant Kalshi data will be used in Fox’s linear and digital content, and the prediction platform will work directly with Fox’s data and production teams to provide real-time access for seamless visualization of key political, economic, weather, and cultural storylines.

In Dec. 2025, CNN and CNBC struck similar individual partnerships with Kalshi, with CNN using the data across the network’s programming. In addition, the network will launch a new Kalshi-powered real-time news ticker running during segments featuring Kalshi data. Meanwhile, CNBC will use Kalshi data for its editorial coverage across its TV, digital, and subscription channels.

Supporting local journalism: MS NOW announced that it is collaborating with three nonprofit organizations, The Pulitzer Center, The Marshall Project, and States Newsroom, in an effort to support investigative and local journalism across the country. The network is launching a grant program to support local, nonprofit, and independent journalists producing accountability reporting in partnership with the Pulitzer Center. Teaming up with The Marshall Project, MS NOW will work on deeper investigative reporting examining U.S. immigration enforcement and detention practices and politics. Finally, it will collaborate with the States Newsroom to strengthen reporting on state and local politics, bringing more of its state-focused reporting to the organization’s audiences across television and its non-linear platforms.

This morning, @MSNOWNews announced a series of new and expanded partnerships in support of investigative and local journalism.

Program debuts: CNN is launching two new shows across its various platforms, with CNN Business debuting a brand-new series, The 1 on 1 with CNN, which brings together two top business leaders for a candid conversation about their career journeys, their companies, and the challenges shaping the business world.

The first two episodes are available now on CNN’s streaming service, featuring renowned chefs Eric Ripert and José Andrés on the first episode and Pinterest CEO Bill Ready and Venmo co-founder Iqram Magdon-Ismail on the second episode.
