Revolving Door: MS NOW named Kabir Khanna its new director of elections and analytics. Khanna was previously with CBS News, where he was the director of elections analytics and technical systems.
Mary Catherine Wellons was named CNBC’s Washington D.C. bureau chief and editorial director, politics. She was most recently the network’s deputy bureau chief.
CNN announced that it has promoted Lisa Respers France to senior entertainment reporter. In addition, the network has brought in tech journalist Jacob Ward as a contributor and Teddy Brown as a writer.

Finally, Leland Vittert has renewed his deal with NewsNation. Vittert signed a multi-year contract extension with the network that will keep him hosting his primetime show, On Balance, which airs weeknights at 9 p.m. ET.
