    Michael Aguilar
Global Head of Artist & Industry Relations, Red Bull

Man of many talents: The 46-year-old has already lived many lives: from competing in the 2004 Olympics as a hurdler for Belize to creative and brand strategist for rapper/singer Lupe Fiasco, to one-half of the hip-hop duo Kidz in the Hall.

Earning his wings: Aguilar is taking his talents to Red Bull as a marketing guru, collaborating with artists, labels, execs and others to build artist programs across more than 60 markets. For the past year and a half, the Austria-based artist known as Double 0 has overseen outreach, onboarding, and partnership execution for the energy drink, creating sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships.

    Samuel Ross
    Global Creative Director, Whoop

New heights: The designer’s SR_A studio has married design and functionality for brands like Apple, Kohler, and Nike. This year, he added performance innovation to his roster. For his multi-year partnership with the fitness tracker Whoop, Ross introduced a buzzy new performance line called Project Terrain. The capsule collection, which included customized bands and apparel, sold out in just two days.

Other highlights: Ross also celebrated his fourth limited edition release with the Swiss luxury watchmaker Hublot (a subsidiary of LVMH) and did a two-season collection with Zara. His expertise nabbed him an Elle Deco 2025 International Design Award.
